Crisis Management Training

The Brief

A leading international manufacturer identified a need firstly to increase their levels of preparation for preventing a cyber attack and secondly, to ensure that in the event of an attack, that tried and tested management plans were effectively in place.

The Approach

Working alongside the National Cyber Skills Centre and Risk Evolves, an expert in the field of risk identification evaluation and management, we created a two day training programme to unpick the risks that the business faced and then to understand what was needed to manage those risks. CleeCo worked with the team to focus on the contribution communication makes to managing a crisis.
The Outcome
A bespoke training experience based on real life scenarios from the client’s area of operation. The client was introduced to a structure for understanding the stages of the crisis alongside techniques and tools that can assist in managing a crisis successfully. Followed by a real time exercise to allow the participants space to apply their learning and understand first hand the practical challenges they would need to address as they built on the learning back in the work space.
